About Me

Richelle was licensed and ordained as a minister of the Gospel in 2009 under the tutelage of her Father and Mother Bishop Isaiah & Dr. Gloria Williams. In 2019, She was installed as the Senior Pastor of Jesus People Ministries Church, a non-denominational ministry in Miami Gardens, FL Serving over 2,500 members. In 2015, Pastor Richelle was sworn into the Miami Gardens Police Department as the first and only female Chaplain, bringing emphasis to her call to the community. Serving with local city government, she promotes, the true essence of protecting and serving as she carries the love of God everywhere she goes. Richelle, loves to love and serve others  She can be seen weekly on the National TV Broadcast, "Right Connection".


Richelle is the FOUNDER and CEO of RAW CREATIVITY, Inc. an organizational planning and consulting firm based in Weston, FL since 2006. Through her business ventures, she owns and operates The Klassik Michelle brand of luggage and handbags, sold for retail and wholesale around the Nation. Richelle received a BA in Creative Writing from Florida State University and an MA in Creative Writing from Florida Atlantic University. For several years, Richelle served as professor of English Literature and Composition for Broward College. As a Miami native she served her community as Miss Miami-Coed, Miss Jr. Florida America-Coed and Miss South Florida Coast. Richelle competed in both Florida USA and Miss America pageant systems and placed among the top 15 Semi-Finalists in the Florida USA Pageant System.


Having traveled abroad to study theatre as a theatre student in London, England, Richelle began a career in television in 2000-2007, as host of the nationally syndicated "Impact TV Show” aired on TBN and JCTV NETWORK. She is a strong advocate for youth mentoring, and single mothers, Richelle is the active Director of the Justice Potential Motivation Centre’s mentoring group "The Klassy Club" for girls ages 14-18. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated and The Links, Incorporated.


Her distinguished recognition as one of Miami’s 13 Visionary leaders in 2016 and 50 Most Influential Women in Leadership & Business in 2019 and 2020 from the Miami Herald and Miami Legacy Magazine speaks of how the community esteems her. Selected by the HBCU, Florida Memorial University as one of the Top 25 women to celebrate in 2021, Richelle is a published fiction Author with her debut book, "A Matter of Choice." Richelle is a wife and mother of 4 beautiful children. Her motto remains as such: “Life is what you make of it, so produce creativity, pursue commitment, and possess character.”
