Richelle A. Lorde graciously known as Bishop Jr. is the daughter of Bishop Isaiah & Dr. Gloria Williams, Founders of one of South Florida’s premiere and mainstream full-gospel, word-of-faith ministries within the nation.

Pastor Richelle has had the privilege of working in the ministry since the age of nine years old. She began her tenure in maintenance, then secretarial, public relations, marketing, and administration. Now after three earned college degrees in Creative Writing and Communications, she holds her own as the presence and poise of “Impact TV.” She is also the frequent host of the “Right Connection” TV Broadcast, seen nationally.
